Passport appointment was smooth and quick when our turn was called because we came prepared with all the documents and photo. The person before us however was completely unprepared and took longer than us because they needed to take a photo, make photocopies of documents, and write the check when all of that could’ve been done beforehand.

Marco David , the supervisor and Vicky Wong andWendy were extremely helpful with clarifying any questions I had and opening new mail box at this branch. I have always had a pleasant experiemce here and the post office is mainrained well. The plus is that this branch is next to the new and cool google offices. Kudos to USPS on their 250 years.

This place can be horrid l. They have a limited parking but they say you can park inside the gates and then they close the gates. So cars back up back up all the way into the street. O

Want to say thanks to all the local supervisors especially Preet, who assisted me finding my passport. We tried everything we could although not each and every way worked as expected, the result is a good one! Thx for the help!

They have lost important mail 4 times in the past 9 months. Who knows how many other letters they have lost that I wasn't expecting. They are disorganized and not enough staff. I wish they could hire more people as I prefer to use the USPS.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean location with good selection of packing materials. I appreciate there is a self help package + mail center in the lobby for use after hours.

The lady name start with A claiming she is the lead or someone was very rude. She even said they don’t need to help me. I understand I don’t have appointment for the passport. The website showing walk ins ok for today. I was there at 9am. I talked the person doing passport. He was nice and they already told me there are people in front. He will try to help me later. I am ok with that. I waited till 9:30, everything was fine. Even with the appointment came in. I didn’t asked anything. I am just standing there next to a big box with empty mailboxes and working on my phone. Then this lady walked in, start to asked around everyone in the lobby from inside. She acted like she is the boss and telling everyone what to do even everyone in the lobby knows what they are doing there. And she keep interrupting the person who doing the passport. I have no issue standing there for half hour. Then she is like ordering me to stand aside. Her rudeness got me . I asked why I cannot standing there. Then she started to say that I am blocking people come in and people will stand behind me as a line. For the last half hour I am standing there, there was no issue like what she said. Everyone knows what they are doing. She is just like to show her power. And after I asked her what’s the issue. She then said they don’t need to help me. I start to record what she said and she said I cannot do that. Then she called her supervisor out and supervisor said the same thing that they don’t need to help me. I said your website said ok for walk ins. If you don’t take walk ins, don’t put that on your website. I just hope this review will not get the person was going to help me in trouble. This office has rude supervisor and lead, don’t go there.
