“5 stars isn't enough to describe how well Dr. Natt and the entire team at Serra Veterinary took care of our cat Henry. It was our first time there and they took Henry in right away and examined him. The entire team was so kind, patient, and made us feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Natt is thorough and caring. He did a full work-up and was able to nurture Henry back to good health. The staff is wonderful as well. They were always willing to help answer any questions we had and cared for Henry as if he was their own. We will definitely be bringing Henry back for all future check-ups and visits. Highly recommend Dr. Natt and his team at Serra Veterinary for all pets. “We have been clients of Sunnyvale Vet for the last 40+ years, even prior to the current owner Dr. Singh. But we have always loved them! They treat our pets (dogs, turtle, parrot) as if they were their own. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient and organized, Robert the practice manager is great and of course all the vets (we've seen them all many times) are wonderful. We're lucky to have them just 5 minutes from our house.”

“I love how accommodating this clinic is. There were times when my 8 week old puppy was keep vomiting and having diarrhea but the clinic was able to treat my puppy with fluids and meds on a weekend without an appt. This happened a few times and I was really pleased with their services. If you’re a pet parent you probably know how relieving that is. Everyone working here is also super nice. Highly recommend this clinic!”

They made my daughter (she's 12) feel very comfortable, because she was a little nervous about taking Hammy to a vet. They are affordable and we didn't have to wait months for an appt, like the other places I called.”

“They always give us quotes and make sure we understand everything before doing any procedures.Dr Zibaee and Dr Bhakri have always taken great care of our Siberian husky through multiple surgeries and 6 months of recovery. To this day, Shasta loves going back for checkups and they all greet her with great enthusiasm. This place will always have 5 stars for the way they helped us through a very difficult time in my pup's life!... And now they have a fresh paint job! Love to see all Shasta's old friends at ELC!”
