“I had a great experience at ELC Pet Clinic. My dog wasn’t feeling well and had diarrhea and no appetite, so I was pretty worried. The staff was very kind, patient, and caring, and the doctor took the time to explain the recommended tests and treatment clearly.
I really appreciated how quickly they were able to help us and how gently they treated my dog. Everyone was professional and genuinely seemed to care about his well-being. Thank you to the entire ELC team for taking such good care of him! Highly recommend! ❤🐶”
“Amazing team at Murphy pet. We’ve had multiple health issues recently and every time we’ve brought our dog (Soondae) to the vet they’ve treated her so nicely. Dr Wilson even texted us after to make sure she was recovering well.
We also wanted to shout out their awesome vet tech team. We’ve had issues getting her paws trimmed and we’ve had to bring her back multiple times, but they were always so patient with her. We really appreciate the whole team!”
“I brought my 2-year old Persian cat to this place for stenotic nare surgery (his nose job I've been calling it). Not only is this one of the few places in the Bay Area that offer a cost-effective stenotic nare surgery (it was ~$2.5k and for the record VCA quoted me >$5k) but they did SUCH an excellent job and took care of my cat so well. AND HE BREATHES SO GOOD NOW! They gave me a variety of medication to bring home (pain relievers, anti-inflammatory meds, and antibiotics) that was included in the cost and they even called after to check up on the cat. I honestly would recommend this hospital to everyone needing the same surgery done on their cat. Mr Grumpy is doing great after the surgery, recovering well, and breathing so good.
I'm just blown away how good the surgery looks, I thought my cat's face would look mangled or gross but I keep looking and it's like I can't tell he even got surgery.”

“I had a great experience here! Although they don't take walk in's, I had an emergency situation with my pup and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. The clerk, assistants, and vet were all patient and supportive. Reasonable pricing. Although m I didn't have time to use it, I love that they had a little outdoor/lounge area. They also made sure to follow up without being overbearing. So grateful that I stumbled upon their services!”

“After 30 very happy years with Dr Cameron, I was apprehensive with the new staff. I am very happy with Dr Saggi. Another doctor & clinic wanted to extract all my cat's teeth because of gum disease. Cat is only 18 months old!. Dr Saggi otoh was willing to try much less aggressive treatment with great results so far. Always get a second opinion!!”

“We have taken our dogs to Arroyo for over 10 years now, and have had great care and responsive support for most of it. Recently our senior dog (13) developed a chronic condition. Dr Michelle did a great job of diagnosing it and we had a good one on one discussion at the appointment. Also, the vet techs are gentle and positive with my dogs, so preventative visits are comfortable and positive. My biggest problem now is with communication and availability. We used to get lab results emailed to us immediately, and now I have to request them every time. Used to get follow up phone calls after surgery or sick visits, and now silence. We used to be able to talk with someone on Monday, and now... You get the picture. Five stars for the quality of service there, 2.5-3 for the follow up, communication and hours.”

“Cannot say enough wonderful things about this vet practice, that has cared for our dogs for over 10 years. Even though we moved further away, we kept coming back because they took such good care of our older dog (who died in 2019) and then over time, new dogs. They are thoughtful, capable, and kind. Pets and pet care are expensive, but their prices have been reasonable and their follow up great. Highly recommend.”
