The pharmacy, front registers, and photo department have faced challenges, potentially due to understaffing or poor management. However, the beauty department has consistently excellent service, with a standout employee who goes above and beyond to be courteous, helpful, and efficient. One customer had a negative experience when a front register employee changed their account settings without permission, automatically sending email receipts instead of printed ones. This incident, along with other mistakes made at the store over the years, has made the customer inclined to avoid the store when possible. Despite these challenges, Walgreens still offers a good overall experience. Customers have reported positive experiences, particularly in the pharmacy and photo departments, where the staff have been helpful and attentive. The store also has ample parking space, including curbside options.
