While the folks at Dusterberry had attitude and found every way to reject our renewal form, the folks at Newark patiently worked with the same form and got it done. Worth every mile of extra drive.”

“Went into the US Post Office in Pleasanton and it was honestly smoother than I expected.
Walked in, got helped pretty quickly, and the staff actually explained what I needed instead of just pointing me somewhere. Place gets a bad rep sometimes but this visit was solid. In and out without it turning into a whole thing.
It’s still a post office so yeah it can get busy at times, but if you go at the right hour it’s pretty straightforward. Just handled what I needed and left, no issues.”

April has exceeded my expectations in both of my visits and has been patient with answering any additional questions I've had. In my visits, I only had a small piece of mail to send out, nothing too complicated, so didn't think much of what experience I'd get when being helped.
