“We were traveling through Susanville on Monday 4-15-24. We encountered a transmission issue, called Riches to see they would be able to diagnose problem, then called tow company. The towing company couldn't get our car to Riches before closing time. Mark was great he waited for our car to get to shop before going home for the evening and assured us that they would check it out first thing in a.m. Unfortunately our transmission was ruined and would need to be replaced with a new unit. They checked it out without charging us for their time! I just want to commend Rich for hiring and running such an upstanding and courteous business, a true rarity today! Thank you!”
