I had a package get marked as delivered on Thursday at 11:30am, and when I checked my P.O. Box at 7pm after work it was empty, but I wasn’t surprised. I just checked at 7pm on Friday and they gave me a yellow slip for a pair of ear buds. So now I have to wait until Monday to receive my package that they received Thursday morning. I’ve been using this post office for a year and I can’t believe the quality and timeliness has only gotten worse. I’m going to switch to a post office that’s farther away because of how bad this place is.

They love to scan packages as delivered or ready for pickup before they finish their job. This has happened on countless occasions. When and where my packages truly become ready for pickup is anyone’s guess. I was told “We have until 11am to put it in your box, and sometimes we go over” that’s great, so why was it marked ready for pickup at 9:30am?

I can't get a REAL PERSON on the phone to help me. I have number dyslexia and cannot put the tracking code in. I just continue to get hung up on with the automatic operator. I am so frustrated!! I can't get help and I don't drive because of a seizure disorder.

Awful , they received my package and then sent it to Fresno then Sacramento and now who knows , they constantly deliver my mail to some other businesses and often give me other businesses mail . Which is odd since the numbers and names do not add up . I know they all are on drugs but hard to prove since they never drug test them because they would have to test all . Gl ever trying to call them they don’t answer the phone

If I had a choice to give a star or not, this review does not even deserve any stars at all.The short, old (probably close to her seventies), blond hair, customer service rep behind the counter is a rude, racist person. I was just simply dropping off a small package that was already labeled, and I didn't need any service but yet she was reluctant to take it. Instead, she grabbed it rudely from me, and then tossed it on the counter. And as I was walking out, she was already speaking ill of me to a customer. Very unprofessional and rude! That says a LOT about your PERSONALITY and CHARACTER, and that certainly says a LOT about YOU!!!As a postal worker, you must act and behave professionally, and never speak ill of anyone to any customers!!! Life is too short to be so grumpy and angry with so much hate at 9 in the morning. I don't even want to imagine what your day looks like or what kind of a person you are at 5 PM when you get off of work!I will pray for your heart to open lovingly, and I will pray for your soul to be pleasant, nice, and friendly to all despite their color!

I am very tired of all the mis-delivered mail and packages, and then being told too bad when they INSIST I picked the package up. I seriously would not enter the office door if I could prevent it. I mail items at other businesses and recently discovered if it's an Amazon package it can be delivered to a parcel box at Lowe's. I wish all my orders could be delivered there.And I pay for the privilege of this incompetence. If I had anything nice to say I'd say it.

Usps says it can't deliver a package. It's vitamins small package, parcel box is empty. The mail person hasn't even been here yet. Ridiculous

After the entire staff quit, boo, Tina remained to do her job. She managed to be efficient, helpful and cheerful to boot. I can't say enough good about her work ethic. I have had many issues with this post office and have written to the powers that be on more than one occasion. Though never concerning her. I'd like to think I am a fair individual and therefore would like to sing my praises for Miss Tina of the Sutter Creek post office, we need more like her, everywhere.

The clerk there Tina spends so much time talking with customers about person issues lines start forming out the door. If you complain or ask how long it will be she gets upset and snips, "I am helping a customer". She needs to focus on the job at hand and move people out the door quickly. I now dread going in there for anything and try to us FedEX or UPS when possible. I also moved my box to Jackson since they are much more professional there.

Years of great service at this post office and then I met the postmaster, Elisha Brewer, who seems to be a new manager on a power trip who thinks she can be rude and unprofessional to customers and threaten to withhold their mail if they don't appreciate her awful customer service and attitude. Send her back from wherever she came from.Update 11/23/21: They have admitted to losing my package yet refuse to pay for it since it was sent First Class by the seller. When asked about this, I was told that the employees would be disciplined but that the postmaster herself (Elisha) takes zero responsibility - when I asked who would be disciplining HER, as she threw her employee under the bus in front of a customer. Great leadership, no wonder nobody wants to work there. Elisha needs to go before the few remaining good people leave to get away from her.
