“I was out running errands when my battery died (AC Delco). My car has a unique style battery and Costco only carries common style batteries. I called Interstate and they had the battery in stock. They helped me swap it out in the parking lot. Great guys. Great Battery. The Interstate battery in my other car (2013 Camaro) is going on 7 years. No problems.”

“Outstanding service — above and beyond I want to give major credit to Daniel at O’Reilly Auto Parts. My battery was completely dead, it was pouring rain, and I was stranded. I had already gone to AutoZone first and was told they couldn’t help because it was raining. I had no choice but to call AAA just to get a jump. When I got to O’Reilly’s, Daniel didn’t hesitate for a second. He came out in the rain, changed my battery quickly and professionally, and kept a great attitude the entire time. No excuses. No complaints. Just real customer service. That kind of effort matters. Daniel turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and because of him, I’ll be choosing O’Reilly Auto Parts going forward. If management sees this: Daniel is exactly the type of employee that represents your brand the right way.”

“Definitely above and beyond what I'd normally expect from a chain auto parts store. There are two employees there that really make the difference. Spencer and Sean. Always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They are the only reason I drive past Vato Zone and go a little farther out of my way to shop here.”

“Came here to get some Gas Treatment for a car and also a diagnostic check. Raul was the one who came out to do it. We’ve been experiencing some overheating issues with our vehicle and I explained our situation to him. Raul was patient and very knowledgeable on the topic. He explained our results and potential issues that it could be. He went out of his way to throughly explain everything and make sure we understood correctly. He verified some stuff under the hood for us and pointed us in the right direction for the next steps to take. He’s definitely an asset to the team and we are so happy for all his help.”
