“I believe his name was M Ari at the store in chatsworth. I brought in vintage Murano lamps and he was extremely knowledgeable on the product and gave excellent recommendations for shades. I was incredibly impressed by what he recommended and he was very helpful with my purchases. I even had to return one that I bought without his help and that was an easy processed and he made an even better suggestion. I highly recommend him.”

I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture.

“I ordered online and assumed the beautiful crystals came with the hangers. I was wrong, but when I called the store , the gentleman I spoke with offered to send them to at no charge. Including the shipping.
He then noticed that I had ordered the wrong size crystals and offered to send me the correct size , again at no charge! I didn’t let him do that, after his previous no charge order.
Extraordinary customer service, and the crystals far exceeded my expectations!!!”

I was unsure about the convertible sleeper sofas initially but was very impressed with what I saw at their showroom. The sofas LaContempo offer do not sacrafice comfort or durability for being convertible which I find is often the case.

“I had the most wonderful experience while shopping for a sofa at Living Spaces in Van Nuys. Anthony, the young man who helped me with my purchase has excellent customer service skills! He never made me feel pressured. Anthony was actually interested in making sure I went home satisfied with my purchase. He even carried an end table over to the sofa I wanted so I could see how they looked together (and this table was in a whole different area, not close). I opted out on the table, but Anthony never made me feel bad for doing so. I can not thank Anthony enough for informing me of the 5 year Care Protection Plan for my purchase which has put my mind at ease from worrying about stains or mechanical issues with sofa at a great price! Kudos to everyone at Living Spaces in Van Nuys! I didn't get the names of everyone, but everyone there seemed to work as one smooth unit. The young lady in the cashier dept (who does her own braids) kind & knowledgeable. The man I first saw in the outlet area, he right away sent Anthony to me when I informed him I was ready to make my purchase. Thank you all!

“I was searching for a place that could refurbish a family crucifix that belonged to my grandma.I came across the Vintage Boutique through my searches, emailed if they refurbish and they said yes. I walked into the place and it was like walking into glamor and Aww. The place has scents, lotions, some clothing, house decorations, etc.I left my crucifix at the shop and the most alluring lotion I have smelled in a while.Cindii did an amazing job fixing and keeping g the originality of the cross.I LOVE the care she took.Bless be this place and the hands that's fixed my crucifix..”

“Great prices on new items from kitchen and bath to clothes and makeup. I am usually a thrift shop shopping kind of girl, mostly because of the prices and unique funds. However I was happily surprised when I stumbled upon DD’s discount store! I thought it was a thrift store but it’s actually a store similar to Burlington or Ross, but IMO with more options and better prices. I was looking specifically for something to put in my shower to hold all those bottles. I did find it, and also walked out with new sheets, window curtains and a cute tank top all very affordable!”
