Terrible phone tree, doesn't give you the option to speak to a person. The mail carrier is nice though. Thank you Gerson for always being friendly and helping me get my package!

Our mail delivery sucks. I had a large check from my 401 k that was never delivered. Now I am out of my medication that was mailed to me a week ago by Kaiser. I get other people mail all the time.
