Honestly, I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you want to be harrassed on getting a new phone. I had an iPhone I was okay with, and Bryce insisted I get the Samsung, so that he can make the "deadline of the sales commission" , which is something you don't want to say in front of a customer - I have my cousin who was there as well who heard it. Then he added a line on that I didn't allow him too, he was suppose to transfer my number to the Samsung but instead added the new line so it looks like a whole new account was opened. Then he put me on a 'Business Line" which I have NO business. I have called Verizon to get this straighten out and got no where. So I am stuck with a phone I don't like and is to high tech for me. I went within the 30 days to try and trade it in or go back to my old device and once again horrible customer service from Bryce, so I walked out the store. I will not go back in there unless he isn't there to trade the phone.

Don't come to this store. They will give you wrong information just to make a sell. I was looking for a hotspot to do remote videoconferencing calls on the go. The worker name Bryce told me I can get the Verizon Gateway, that all I had to do was plug it in anywhere and I can get WiFi. It was definitely what I was looking for. This was back in December. Now in April. I began to have unstable connections and decided to call customer services they brought to my attention that the device is only meant for the address on file. That was not what originally I was told. The customer service recommended for me to take it to the store. I get to the store and Bryce is the only one there I tell him, I am returning the device as it is not what I wanted and that he gave me the wrong information. Since it is now May and passed there 30/90 day, i was told I can not return it even when Verizon customer service told me to come to the store. I ask to speak with the manager. Ofcourse he would not be available until 2 days after and only between 2-5pm. I asked to make a phone appointment as I am not able to come in person. Bryce confirmed that he will have the manager call. I asked Bryce for the store phone number so I can follow up. I did not get a call from the manager and the number Bryce gave me was for Verizon not the store. Waisted my time and money on this store. Gives Verizon a bad name. I have been with Verizon for over 15+ years and I am highly considering changing providers based on this experience.

Came here yesterday to trade in our old phone due to dropping it in water. Walked out with the top of the line phone AND internet. The associate and manager were super attentive and helpful. It was told to us as part of the sales pitch that we would only get $400 back once we were ready to trade it in. Later it was "you probably will only get $200 back, but you have 30 days." Today we went in and it was a different story. There is no credit for the phone. This almost feels like a bait and switch. Such a bummer since the original interaction yesterday was so positive that today's experience tarnished it. No fault to the gentleman who was working today as he did not help us originally. The feedback for the manager here is don't say something is possible as part of a sales pitch unless you research and truly know that it is. At least 50% of local business is through word of mouth and as business owners ourselves we know that honesty and integrity are a vital part to the success of any business. Judging by the current reviews and the turnover of employees in this location you have a lot of work to do.
