“Ther only reason I am giving a 4 star review is because there is one lady here that profiles people harshly and will treat you terribly if she thinks you are homeless, or something alike. I went in with my bike and backpack on and mind you, I have been here a lot prior, but she forgot who I was and treated me with a very cold attitude. I reminded her who I was and who my grandpa was and suddenly her whole tone changed. I am not homeless, am known for great work as a handyman, and have never stolen anything from any store in Taft. On the bright side, the prices (mostly) and selection are great at this store. The man that works here, I believe is the owner, is a great guy, and treats people with respect. His wife is also great.”

“I truly like this store. As expected for an outlet grocery, availability of products varies greatly from week to week. Much better prices than the nearby Big A chain store.The staff is Exceptionally Friendly! I took off a star because of the produce department. Not great. Even if you find very fresh looking produce, it goes bad quickly. I wish i didn't have to go to the nearby, more expensive, store for produce.”
