About Avis Car Rental
Avis Car Rental Tarzana operates one of the world's best-known car rental brands. The process can be perfect and easy, with a good price value better than competitors, fast service, and a great, clean car. Many customers find the staff super helpful, professional, polite, attentive, and super nice, making the rental the least stressful part of their week. The location provides nice, clean, low mileage late model cars for a decent rate. However, some experiences note room for improvement in warm and friendly customer service skills, with staff sometimes seeming a little cold. There can be a lack of communication from corporate, and occasionally a customer cannot get the car they booked. Despite this, many recommend the service and would choose this location over closer competitors, driving further for the reliable overall experience.

I was in a tough spot when another Avis called me and said they didn’t have the car I reserved for my trip. Then I got rebooked and it happened again. The Tarzana location helped me out and got me a car within the hour and saved me. Very nice staff, super helpful and actually care!!!

This Avis location had the car I wanted the fellow who waited on us was friendly, laid-back and very helpful. In other words: he is nothing like the surly, bored, and unhelpful people who usually man the counter of so many car rental locations.
Highly recommend.
