Alot of staff but no one willing to do a domestic wire

Waited an hour to open a bank account before finally getting fed up and walking out. Too many bankers for Private Client ($150k+ deposits) here, so non-rich people are not treated well. Oh, and the ATM closes at 8pm and you have to pay monthly fees for checking.
