Twice I have closed real estate contracts and sent money from the Tarzana branch to my home state. I have been treated wonderfully both years. Last year, Novermber 2023, I was treated (basically lead by the hand) by a very accommodating banker. Unfortunately, I lost his card so I cannot provide his name but he offered the great service that I have always had at the Tarzana Chase. He even helped my deal with my new computer! Great customer service from Esmeralda today. I was frustrated because of the long line but she turn my attitude right around by being pleasant and helpful. Great job, Esmeralda I appreciate you!

I went today there because I had issue about my business account. They gave me phone number where I could receive help as they told. I went home called 10 times and every time I was receiving absolutely different answers, of course no one could help me . I went back to the bank and I asked for help. Lady who works front with customers refused help she was saying same and same. When I tried to explain my situation and asked her about meeting with agent or manager she refused do this. She said " you can sit here 1 hour and be sure no one will come and help you. We are to busy." Agents were wolkinlng around without any customers. I want ask chase Bank is it your customer service and it's how you treat your customers. How the agent even dare say something like that. I am customer who has business with your bank more than 10 years . I will cancel all my accounts which I have with your bank and never will be back again. Because your agents are unpleasant unprofessional and rude. Very bad behavior from them. And I will make sure all my family and friends will do same. I am so upset how she could even say those words to me. She olne this because no one cares about customer service in that branch. Shame on you

Brandon Gonzalez is the most helpful Chase representative. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and respectful. I have had numerous frustrating issues with Chase offshore customer service but Brandon has always made sure I received a resolution. He makes a large bank like Chase not feel sterile. He creates a community where I feel included and cared for. Any question I have he makes it a priority and responds promptly. Because of him I decided to migrate all my accounts to Chase.

The machines are always broken, they are always short staff. Been to way better chase banks. Don't recommended coming to this one

This review is for JP Morgan Chase as a whol. I have been a loyal customer for almost 40 year. Mom died and I finally got my inheritance OFFICIAL check. They put a TWO WEEK hold on it. I called THREE TIMES to get at least some of the money released since my account is overdrawn due to the fact that I can't access ANY of the money I deposited AND they can't verify it. We live in an age of instant email, video calls and a number of other ways to INSTANTLY communicate but to verify my money? Oh no. They can't keep charging me $34 for all my monthly bills going through my account if they do. I'm done. I'll find a bank that actually VALUES their customer.

I've been trying to purchase foreign currency, but I'm unable to reach anyone over the phone. There are no voicemails or callbacks, and all I hear is that they're busy and I should call back later.

There are always long lines here with workers that just sit and watch the long lines. If you need to do anything more than what you can do at an ATM be ready to wait and be ignored. I think chase is a great bank but this branch is useless.

Tried to open an account . What a disappointment. I checking 15 min. before my appointment just to be on time, when the time was up for the appointment I waited another 20min. so I have to stand up and check how much longer I do need to wait because I noticed that bankers were alone. the person in charge of checking that, saw me with an annoyed face and said now he is ready, he didn't know he got an app. He blame the lady in charge. if the location was busy I will understand, bad customer service they don't deserved my bussines that's why banks are closing no respect for customers. Coming here is a pure waste of time. Do your self a favor and don't do business where they just don't care.

Visited this location today with my friends mom and needed help with personal account and support. I must say great staff and special thanks to sam the associate that helped us with all our needs. I would recommend this specific Chase Tarzana branch for your current and future banking.

I come here alot.... The tellers are very polite and helpful. But they either have 1-2 working the windows. Here at 10 am and its absolutely packed. 2 tellers. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
