While speaking to Kim, the banker next to us, was being rude to us and we weren’t even talking to her. This is disrespectful and disappointing. I didn’t say anything to her because I was embarrassed in front of my banker.

Horrible customer service. Nobody at the branch seems to know what they’re doing, not even the manager. All so confused and asking each other what to do with no solution lol they end up having to call back offices and make you sit and wait for hours for the simplest things. I mean what a clueless bunch

Shiva should be re-evaluated. Too many reasons to list, but we had to go back twice to the branch, then overnight an important document she forgot. Weeks later more issues I am dealing with over the phone to get our account set up correctly.
