This was my first time here. I'm trying to recover from a running injury. I found Alex to be a very good trainer. He was able to work specific muscle groups easily help me stretch out others. Already feeling better and going back around two today.

This place is great. Michael is who you need to talk to. He helped me through my shoulder injury and got me to a full strong recovery. Now im back to work 100 %
