“Have been using Frank and his team for decades for everything audio/visual/security/smart home that i can't easily install myself. Now i consider him a friend. He is a true expert at what he does and has recommended, installed, and supported my complete indoor/outdoor AV system and security system. Is always timely and fair. He and Sebastian just left after repairing some speaker wires that a rodent had chomped through and they were in and out in no time. Only the highest recommendation!”

“I go there to put money on my Chime card to pay a couple of my smaller bills. But the 1 lady stands out. I don't know her name, she's from India but very nice to all customers, even the rude ones. I don't know how she tolerates such behavior. Id give her 10 stars if I could. Just wanted to commend her on doing a great job.”

“I stopped by a 7-Eleven recently, and while it was convenient and had everything I needed, the overall experience was a bit mixed. On the bright side, I love how 7-Eleven is open 24/7 — it’s so helpful when you just need a quick snack, drink, or something small on the go. I grabbed a cold drink and some chips, and the prices were affordable, and the store was fairly well-stocked.

But I did notice something that made me a little uncomfortable. Outside the store, there were a few homeless people hanging around. I completely understand that times are tough and everyone has their own situation, but it made the area feel a bit tense, especially when they were approaching customers. No one was aggressive, but it can still feel a little uneasy, especially if you’re alone or it’s late at night.

The staff inside were polite and fast, which I appreciated. They seemed used to the situation and handled everything calmly. Still, I think it would help if the area around the entrance was monitored a little better, just so everyone feels safe and comfortable while coming in and out.”
