I had an amazing experience at this T-Mobile store thanks to Martin! After spending time on the phone with customer service and having our phone activation completely messed up, we were told to go into the store for help.
Martin stepped in and immediately turned a frustrating situation into a positive one. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. Not only did he get our phones activated without any issues, but he also found us a better deal than what we originally had!
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Martin went above and beyond to help us, and we left the store happy and with money saved. If you need assistance, I highly recommend asking for Martin. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!”

He's sharp on the lottery and tobacco.The older, Asian woman can multitask; running the till for your purchase & answering the store's phone at the same time. Wow! The weekend guy is excellent. But don't go at night unless you have to: closes early due to the COVID-19 and the weirdoes approach.”

“This is the best 7-Eleven ever! My mom keeps it clean when she's around. She's the infamous "Maria" that cleans and talks to almost everyone who comes by!
