“One of my CPAP tubes broke while I was out of town from Arizona. I was lucky to find Valley CPAP. Although I originally thought the problem was my mask, Andy was able to identify the actual issue and had the part I needed. He was a wealth of information regarding CPAP in general and a variety of masks in particular. Andy did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I would happily go back there for my replacement supplies when I am back in town.”
“I have got the vf2000 vr visual field aparatus and both myself and my patients really love it !! much shorter and more comfortable examination. I compared the vf2000 results of more than hundred patients doing the sita 24-2 on the standart instrument and the results are similar - namely accurecy is not compromised though it takes half the time and more comfortable seating so it is now part of my routine workup exam.
Some improvements though are desirable :
1. the FDT test is not as sensitive as the Seiss 's
2. a more user friendly program of comparing old and new tests
of the same patient .

“I might need a very comfortable hospital bed for about 10 days. I called Wishing Well and spoke for some time to the nicest person who knew everything about hospital beds. She was so patient with me and I knew she cared.
They have a luxury one that is hard to find, but they have it. The place is well organized and whatever you want they have. We have been before, but this time I called because I was not sure when I would need the bed.
She told me not to worry, that they would have it and could deliver and set up for me.
The Customer service is just amazing. Parking is easy and the prices are very fair.

“Was looking for a new powered chair to help grandma enjoy the outdoors again. Broke her foot years ago and isn’t able to walk long without pain. I found them and compared quotes, but was sold with friendly service over the phone.
Stopped by and checked out some chairs with grandma, found one she likes and was reasonably priced. They taught us how to work it properly and have taken it for maintenance since grandma loves the thing but isn’t too careful with it!
We rarely have to wait long for service, plus manager at the warehouse is great to work with, they treat you with kindness and respect, and has patience with the elderly unlike other places we had to deal with in the past.”

“I can't say enough thanks to Oxy Respiratory and staff, but especially to Enrique. My grandmother was suffering from COVID induced pneumonia and time was on the clock to get her oxygen concentrators as well as other essentials. She was visiting from Mexico so getting these things was nearly impossible every where else. Once we got a prescription, Enrique helped expedite the process and was truly trying his best to help me and my grandma. I took someone to try out their wheel chair products and they patiently took their time to walk her through everything she needs to know.
They have everything from walkers, wheelchairs, hoyer lifts, diabetic shoes, lift chairs, and everything when it comes to incontinence. I will definitely recommend this place to elders.”
