Parking is paid, but the phlebotomist is efficient and organized, does not duplicate tests, sends all tests to the ordering physicians, and handles stat orders quickly, with portal results in about six hours. Walk‑in patients with babies are signed in quickly, and the poke is the least painful one remembered.
There is a need for a person to be present in the registration/check-in area to answer questions & help people instead of bothering the phlebotomist who is stressed already! Human kindness matters!

It was hard to find the office inside the building, there were not enough signs. I came in 5-7 minutes later than my appointment time (it's ok). But the nurse is a professional! She gave blood from a vein, I did not feel the needle at all!

Went to Quest Tarzana at the medical towers in the hospital - had an appt - check in a breeze - taken on time - in and out quickly - techs there are very personable.
