“House Automotive rocks!!! I called up John at the last minute for my 2014 Porsche 911 Carrera. There was an error message that was appearing on my dash about my front right marker light. The error message appeared then went away…I sort of thought it was just a bulb replacement. I showed up and a technician checked it out, replaced the bulb, and I was good to go!!! I’m bringing my 911 back for a safety inspection and then a servicing. They are the best!!!!”
“I found Automotive Instincts through reviews online and was very satisfied with the service. I needed to replace some spark plugs and do a valve adjustment on my 2009 Honda Fit. I spoke to Danny who was very helpful and got me an appointment the next day. He was thorough in the initial discovery and explained all of the work that was done after. “Recently I had an coolant leak on my 2008 buick Lecrosse which I totally restored. I do some mechanic work myself,but I could not find where this leak was coming from,because it would only leak once pressure built up.so,a friend of mine told me about carzone.i took it to them.Mr.Donald was very nice.based on where the leak was coming from,it took him a while to find it;however,he didn't stop until he did.he also found that my power steering pump which I had recently installed, wasn't pumping strong enough which was causing my steering to be hard in tight places.instead of putting all of the engine parts back,and having me to return and pay for more labor,he changed it in the process. They done a really good job on my car.there are no my leaks,and,my steering is much better.i strongly recommend carzone.”

Dealerships are notorious for overcharging and taking their time. 60 minute tune offers rides to their customers within a reasonable range. Two fresh pots of coffee are brewed every morning, compliments of Vince (mechanic of 30 plus years). Julie and Trini offer the best customer service, which I find to be rare nowadays. “Best mechanic in the whole Santa Monica. Family owned and operated. Very kind owner. I came to him two times. First for a transmission fluid change and then for motor mounts on my 2010 Volkswagen. He did it in 3 hours, I didn’t even have to wait for the parts to arrive.
Other places quoted me 500$+ or some even twice as much. He did it cheaper, better and faster. Also I had a bubble on my wheel and didn’t have enough money to fix it. So he gave me even a better price so that I could fix it at the other shop.
When I was calling other places they couldn’t even quote me. This place - awesome. I will be definitely coming back for such a welcoming visit”
