“I had a lovely time in Tehachapi, especially because of how painless moving in and out of the Orchard Apartments was and how much I loved the town. The Orchard is conveniently located to the highway, downtown, and Home Depot/tractor supply. Geo, the property manager, was such a joy to work with through any of the very few issues I had while living here. She even cares about you as a person and not just as a tenant. I had almost no maintenance problems and felt the rent was better than fair for the size of the units and my backyard, especially compared to other living options in the Antelope Valley. Occasionally, the laundry machines would break, but in my experience, the payment website PayRange was quick to refund my credits, and Geo was quick to get the machines functioning again. The community is very safe with a mix of elderly retirees and families who often go on walks with their pets or kids.”
