My sister has lived there for years. They recently reroofed. Gated access. Fenced back yards. Nice neighbors.

The staff was very helpful when I wanted to rent and after I moved I had some problems but I called the office and that day the maintenance man fixed it. That’s the reason they deserve a five star rating

We recently moved to Tehachapi from LA and we're happy to have found the Meadows. Our apartment is great, and the management has been very helpful moving us in. There were a couple of issues when we moved in, but the handymen fixed everything promptly and courteously. We're very happy with our decision!
