I just moved here and I was not expecting the kindness and respect I have received from multiple associates here. If you come from L.A. they will take care of you professionally no complaints, but here you get authentic humanly kindness.

There’s a tall girl with brown hair and bangs who’s is absolutely rude everytime I’m there. My friends and family have also experienced this from the same girl. Even the workers at ASAP Postal know she’s rude and talk about her. If she doesn’t like working in customer service I don’t understand why she has that job. I never recommend using this store.

Expensive!
I went to ups to return a package from Amazon. I also had to print the label to send it back. They had told me that it would be five dollars and twenty five cents to print just the label. I left to find somewhere cheaper. I found tehachapi ship they did it cheaper. The staff was also very friendly over at the tehachapi ship.

Sent a resupply package to myself while hiking. They entered the address wrong, so I didn't have food for 3 days. I had both verbally told them the address and showed it on the phone. They can't refund the shipping and won't forward the box unless I pay for it to go somewhere else. My partner shipped something to the exact same place right before and got it. They claim it's my fault because I hit the green button. Don't hit the green button!
