“I LOVE THIS STORE!! We're ALWAYS greeted with a smile and Awesome personality of Esmeralda. The store is Neat, Clean and Fully Stocked. I've been in other 5Belows up north (Montclair and Pomona) and there never clean. The employees are just that, employees. They don't smile nor greet. For this reason I stayed out of the stores but decided to visit this store. I'm Glad I Did! With the looks of this store and with Esmeralda there, I'll continue shopping here. Theres a young lady that stocks and keeps busy in the back. I'm sorry I don't know her name, but I have to give her credit too. She keeps to herself by constantly making sure items are in place.”

However, Brielle came out and invited me to get what I came for. She reassured me that it was no issue, and showed some of the best customer service. All while completing other tasks to close the store. She turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience.”
