The Holiday Inn Express Temecula by IHG offers a fantastic and great centralized location near shopping, food, and many great restaurants, with Costco around the corner. The breakfast is good as usual and the breakfast buffet was good, though the dining area is small. The service is outstanding and the front desk staff was helpful. The rooms are clean and safe, and the A/C worked great. However, the rooms look like they're from 2005 and are still outdated. Some issues were noted: a dirty swimming pool, an out-of-order third-floor ice machine, a dim bathroom light, a problematic sensor faucet, a broken hair dryer, and an elevator that appears not maintained. The hotel is considered pricy. Despite some disappointments, many guests would stay again and recommend it for the area.
Easy to access. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are your basic hotel rooms. The pillows are quite fluffy, but deflate easily. The only downside to the rooms are the motion sensor lights. The food was a basic breakfast; good enough, but not great.

This is a tired but functional hotel. It is cheaper than nervy hotels because it is older. The rooms are ok with newer carpet. But the bathrooms need to be updated. The breakfast area is tiny and the food and selection is ok. If you don't like freeway noise try to get a room not facing the freeway
