“I can't speak highly enough about the New Inn! We spent 3 nights here early April 2026. Both the accommodations and grounds are immaculate. The inn has a warm and inviting atmosphere and Alicia and her staff are second to none. They were always present and available I went above and beyond for any requests. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning fresh and hot (not to mention delicious). There was great variety and fruit was fresh. There are great snacks available including charcuterie boards and smores kits. There is also a great selection of wine in the rooms from local wineries. We enjoyed our snacks and beverages on our beautiful private outdoor patio each morning and evening overlooking the vineyards. The fire table and lights were nice touches. We spent some time at the pool too. The bed was very comfortable and room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. No detail was overlooked in designing / decorating the spaces. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Alicia!”

“Clean, safe place to stay - especially with a large group. The building is rich with history and the age of it makes it all the more quaint. Being able to walk, shop, dine and drink all along Old Town makes it so nice!”
“It is now a hotel and a wine tasting room, but you can also just go into the side yard and look at the little gold rush town recreation they have, as well as cool patio seating.
There have only been four owners of the hotel and it has been restored and preserved and its original condition.
The wine tasting company runs both the wine tasting room and the hotel itself.
This place is a beautifully preserved piece of history, and you'll be missing 90% of it unless you go up the porch stairs and into the side yard, including before and after photos of the property, and which is perfectly preserved in its original condition.”

“We've been coming here for a few years periodically, it's quite nice and there is a place for your dogs to go to the bathroom around back. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly and the breakfasts in the morning are well served. The one issue is at rush hours during the day the traffic backs up from the highway and make getting in and out very difficult. This isn't their fault necessarily but do be aware of it.
Still, all that aside I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone that needs a room or Suite for a few days”

“Only positive was Mickey at the front desk. Won't stay here again! Stayed 8 nights to recover from surgery. This was a return visit. My Dec 2-10, 2025 visit was AWFUL! Bad smell from drains, pet urine odor, appliances in bad repair, rooms not very clean.”

My wife and I had an absolutely terrific stay at Europa, which could be the best hotel in the Temecula Wine Country.
The grounds are wonderful, the rooms are spacious and well appointed ... and the most impressive feature of all was the staff.
Super customer service ... as well as having incredible people skills.
I highly recommend Europa to anyone visiting the area.”

“I have stayed at all of the Hilton properties in Temecula and this is by far my favorite! Much more updated than the Embassy, far more characters than Hampton or Home 2. Been Diamond status and traveling for years, so i get the branding differences, but just go there and see for yourself. I am sure you'll agree! Underground parking btw so no climbing into an oven to go places. Breakfast might not be free, but the other hand it does not TASTE like something free either, so... Staff at the front desk were very inviting and hospitable even at my 2 AM arrival on 8/11/2026. I fail to remember the young ladies name but she was very helpful and even pointed out a shortcut back to my room through the pool area. Thanks again lady!”

“Easy to access. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are your basic hotel rooms. The pillows are quite fluffy, but deflate easily. The only downside to the rooms are the motion sensor lights. The food was a basic breakfast; good enough, but not great.”

“Rooms were nice. Liked the balcony breakfast is really good. Bed totally comfy. Only complaint I have is the fact that they told me it was a $100 deposit but held $120. When I questioned it through txt to guest relations she assured me I would get it back minus $10 for parking which I was never told at check in. Then after I checked out I only got $85 back out of the $120 they took. Tried to reach out and ask about it received no response.”
