“Im rating 5 stars, but thats because of the staff.. for prices 1 would give 2 stars.My Son and I LOVE this place!! LOVE ALL HOT TOPIC STORES! ?? Back to school shopping trip was $325.. They COULD lower their prices on their Merch a bit though, ESPECIALLY the prices on their PANTS!! It's a bit RIDICULOUS to pay $59.90 for plain jeans with very faint flames on the bottom. NOT worth it. Just saying... ?”

“Loved this place! Not only did they have beautiful clothes and accessories, but the woman running the place is SO sweet! She wasn't constantly in your face, but she helped me out with a dressing room and even helped me unzip when I couldn't get out of a dress! I also loved their candles with the funny sayings. I took a few pictures. I would have loved to buy some, but they were too expensive for me. I will definitely be back!”

I was looking at the jeans, feeling defeated & she totally helped me find several pairs that fit perfectly that I otherwise would have never found. She was patient, attentive & compassionent with me. She even made me a size card so I can always find my size anywhere I go. The world needs more people like her. Whatever she's making, tripple it!!! she's a major asset!! “I walked into this clothing store on the hunt for a black dress shirt for my son after a long morning of not finding one anywhere. Wali was a breath of fresh air! He was immediately attentive and very helpful. My son wasn’t with me so all he had to go on was my description of him and tentative measurements. The shirt fits perfectly! It is exactly what we were looking for. We are so grateful we found A. Moda. I would like to also add that I spent all morning in high end and mall department stores. These stores had very low inventory and terrible esthetics. Trashed displays and unorganized sections made me not want to even try and find what I was looking for. A. Moda was pristine and very well organized. Sections were clear and even if I had not received such wonderful customer service I would’ve easily found what I was looking for. We will be back and will be recommending to family and friends.”

“This boutique is so lovely. If you're looking for a good selection of unique pieces to add to your wardrobe you should absolutely check it out. When I got there, I started grabbing items to try on as I was in a bit of a hurry. The woman working the checkout desk took each item as I grabbed it and reserved it in a fitting room for me. A service I didn't expect! I was torn between two dresses and the employees helped me pick and had great things to say. The dress I got was so cute and I was happy with the price. “PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous.Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome!Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in.When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile.I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store.4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training.Huge shout out to Collins!
