“Sunday, 2-11-2024: I have shopped here many times before and can't believe I've never written a review. My daughter and I love this store for the variety and prices. Today, I brought my neighbor friend shopping and I believe this was our last stop before having merienda. I noticed the prices have risen since I last shopped here and it has been a while. I took one star off because I was used to it being neat, tidy, orderly, and organized. Today there were parts of the store that was in disarray and some aisles had items strewn on the floors that you couldn't navigate a shopping cart through it. I have never seen it in this manner before. I hope it was just an off day. Anyhow, my friend was on a quest today to find some vases for her house. She hit pay dirt as I saw her full of brightly colored glass vases. She was overjoyed that her search was over & they were on sale! Check out was quick & friendly. Thankfully, that's been a constant here.”

“Monday, March 18, 2024: I visited to check out their sale. I bought a few home decor items and snacks. The store is always clean and tidy. There are some great bargains to be had. Check out was quick & friendly. I only spent $45.00.”

“This is a very fun store offering up novel items at reasonable prices. It's clean and bright. The employees are constantly organizing and stocking the shelves. One star off due to the bad layout. The aisle ways are too narrow so it becomes difficult to maneuver carts or gain access to items due to overcrowding.Multiple self checkout counters are accessible, so there is hardly a wait, and employees are on hand if help is needed. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I totally forgot to take photos!”

“Last week my mom and I went into this Kohls location in Temecula to do some shopping. While we were in the dressing room trying on clothes, my mom received a call from my grandma and answered the phone. Right as she picked up the phone, some woman who walked in after us started yelling, "f$&@'#% A" over and over again. She was getting louder and louder each time and sounded very aggressive so I told my mom to go get a manager. While my mom was doing that I asked her what her deal was and she said that she didn't want to hear my mom "yapping on the phone while she's trying to try on clothes." I of course knew then that this woman was out of her mind. My mom also didn't have the call on speaker and was simply telling my grandma what we were up to. When the manager came in, the insane woman of course shut up. The manager hung out with us to make sure she wouldn't start up again. The woman left the dressing room and the manager followed her to make sure she would leave and not cause any more trouble. The insane woman then started making a scene at the front of the store and the manager smelled alcohol on her breathe. She also appeared to be on drugs. The insane woman left the store and the manager was kind enough to come back to the dressing room and tell us she had left. About 10 minutes later the manager came back and told us she had re-entered the store. The insane woman came into the dressing room and told the manager that I was being "a Karen" and then proceeded to yell at me and tell me to "go f$&@ myself." The manager got her out of the dressing room and called the security guard over. The security guard wasn't much help but I wanted to shout out all the women at this Kohls. Lauren, Ellie, Julie, Kim and Leslie all walked my mom and I to the front of the store and basically stood around us since the insane woman was still in the store and we didn't know where she was. They made sure we were safe and walked us out of the store as well and made sure we got into our car with zero issues. The women at this location are amazing!!! Thank you to all of you. You made my mom and I feel safe and looked out for. To the insane woman, you obviously need serious help, and I hope you get it. Being on drugs and drunk at a Kohls on a Wednesday afternoon, harassing a mom and daughter for simply taking a phone call, isn't a good look.”

“The service I just received at JCPenney from Sharmane and the GM Mona, was simply amazing. I would recommend going to this store to anyone. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, and I can not say enough how wonderful Mona was. I really do greatly appreciate good customer service. They are fantastic at this location. I can not wait to go back and do more shopping with them.”

“It's a pretty good place. On occasion they have phenomenal clearance deals, and I wouldn't miss the opportunity for that. Otherwise, the prices are somewhat reasonable in comparison to similar stores.”

“It's absolutely spotless here. Both male and female restrooms near the Starbuck's were clean. The associates at the perfume section are always professional and nice.”

“Been going here for about 10 months since I moved to Temecula. Everytime Ive been there service has been awesome. Staff is fantastic and they really know their products(if they dont they get someone who does). I manage a 100 plus person staff at work and I know what good management and staff looks like...I recommend.”

“There is a good selection of items. Overall good pricing. One of my items had an incorrect price. Had to pay more at the register. Employees should regularly check inventory so that doesn't happen.”

It's a rarity to find a manager so Warm and friendly with their patriots. It was a great customer service. I will definitely shop Ross again. “Wonderful experience buying a suit for a funeral. We mumbled amongst ourselves where the shoe department was, and an employee overheard and guided us to location. Another employee saw the line getting large and offered to have us checkout in the fragrance department. Wonderful customer service”

“I came here to get some local winery bottles for cheaper! Haha, a local gave me the tip, and told me the Wilson Creek Winery bottles were less than $10 here. I like how they know tourists are in the area, so they put the wines right in the front from local wineries. A nice, clean store, with smiling employees. The place was packed with people and the shelves were fully stocked. The only thing is you can't do self check out with alcohol. I thought the store was clean, but I didn't go into every aisle. Just the front area and the chips aisle.”

“I visit Burlington over the Christmas holidays, Each time I bought a few heavy items, and decorations. There was one cashier by the name of Morgan. She was very gracious and helpful. She carried my items with a smile each time I visit the store. I was grateful and had great customer experience because of Morgan the manager Tony. “I practice military law & was looking for a specific model of sunglasses by the brand Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately, the item is exclusive & limited in stock. The purchase is for my fiance, who is a Combat veteran in the Marine Corp. I was willing to drive over an hour to make the purchase. I called Lake Elsinore & spoke with GABRIEL. Unfortunately, upon inspection, he detected damages. If Gabriel hadn't taken the time to polish the item, I would've wasted a trip. Not only did he, advise me to make sure the store associates inspect & polish this item, but he guided me to contact 3 other locations that have the glasses in stock. I was impressed when he offered an alternate brand that carries similar sunglasses but in a variety of different colors by Rayban. He taught me how to choose and configure the correct size of sunglasses as well!! GABRIEL is the most most professional high-class service I've received in 20 years. Im originally from Europe & my standards are extremely high. I'm an avid buyer of luxury high-end brands from France & Italy. Thank you, Gabriel, for providing such outstanding service. You are truly a GOLD star!!”

“Great location! This location is pretty standard compared to other Targets. They have the same items and place the seasonal items near the front. The workers that we encountered were really nice and helpful. We got free food samples during our trip and it was so delicious!The prices are decent and fall all the lines of other places. This location also has rare items that are usually out of stock at other places! We'll definitely be coming back!”

“My home target! Employees are either friendly or to themselves (which I don't mind). You can find great deals with thier app, and I'm always earning points or gift cards here. I would just say the only thing that needs improvement is thier lines. They are always long and only a few registers open, which makes a difference with cart fulls of stuff. The starbucks here always makes my order consistently correct.”
