Moving forward will order shoes online. Thank you, ‘Misty’ for your professionalism, courtesy , helpfulness.”

This location is in a shopping center that has a multitude of popular retail stores. There is a great deal of foot traffic so there will be an ample supply of good to accommodate the shoppers.”

“MY FAVORITE WALMART IN THE WORLD. Everything is very evenly spaced and there is a lot of sections of merchandise. This place also offers online orders from overseas (I think) that are delivered to the store and then you are able to pick them up. Many of the items here are at an affordable price.”

“I love going to ross!! They have plenty of shirts, pants, shorts, active wear, toys/stuff animals, and all kinds of things to choose from! They have reasonable prices and nothing is too expensive, theres a few things that are pretty pricey but besides that im pleased with the prices!! Very clean, helpful employees.”

“The selection was great and the store was very organized. The staffvwas also kind and interactive. When we were looking at the Halloween stuff they directed us to more since they were shiftingbits location. Most store staffs would just leave us alone and expect us to figure it out ourselves, but not here. It was appreciated. The only complaint I have is that it was very warm inside, like the air conditioning wasn't working. My daughter has extreem eczema and she broke out due to the heat, and she was the reason we were there. The bathrooms were nice and clean and the dressing rooms were easy to get into but they did have the main dressing room at the back closed. They had alternative ones at the front open. The shoe selection was fantastic. We found DC shoes that are normally 60 to 80 bucks for 35 to 40. This Burlington did change my opinion on their prices and selection. I just wish they'd fix the air conditioning.”
“Always a good selection of merchandise. Store is always neat despite some of the shopper's who leave there trash around the store and mess up the clothing throughout the store as well. The staff is very pleasant and work very hard.”

“This Ross is bigger than most in the area and has plenty of easy parking, which I love. Just try to avoid the super busy days--it can get pretty wild after major holidays (like the day after Thanksgiving!). Great selection, great prices, and surprisingly fast checkout with efficient cashiers.”

“I practice military law & was looking for a specific model of sunglasses by the brand Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately, the item is exclusive & limited in stock. The purchase is for my fiance, who is a Combat veteran in the Marine Corp. I was willing to drive over an hour to make the purchase. I called Lake Elsinore & spoke with GABRIEL. Unfortunately, upon inspection, he detected damages. If Gabriel hadn't taken the time to polish the item, I would've wasted a trip. Not only did he, advise me to make sure the store associates inspect & polish this item, but he guided me to contact 3 other locations that have the glasses in stock. I was impressed when he offered an alternate brand that carries similar sunglasses but in a variety of different colors by Rayban. He taught me how to choose and configure the correct size of sunglasses as well!! GABRIEL is the most most professional high-class service I've received in 20 years. Im originally from Europe & my standards are extremely high. I'm an avid buyer of luxury high-end brands from France & Italy. Thank you, Gabriel, for providing such outstanding service. You are truly a GOLD star!!”
“I came here to get some local winery bottles for cheaper! Haha, a local gave me the tip, and told me the Wilson Creek Winery bottles were less than $10 here. I like how they know tourists are in the area, so they put the wines right in the front from local wineries. A nice, clean store, with smiling employees. The place was packed with people and the shelves were fully stocked. The only thing is you can't do self check out with alcohol. I thought the store was clean, but I didn't go into every aisle. Just the front area and the chips aisle.”
