They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. The process was straightforward, transparent, and stress-free. It’s clear that they value their customers and operate with honesty and integrity. “I stopped in here one afternoon because I had been looking for Sage to clear my spa. I didn’t really know much about the process and the girl at the front was so helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through so much. She directed me to the perfect kit and provided me with instructions. Loved the vibe in the store. Will definitely be back 🤍”

“Couldn’t be happier with my resizing repair. The experience from start to finish was very professional and up-front. Megan was a huge help in educating us on sizing and changes to expect with multiple band stacking or different band sizes. While it felt an eternity waiting 2 weeks for my engagement ring, the wait was worth it. Highly recommend the integrity of La Masters over high volume chain jewelers.”

“I've been to a number of tattoo shops over the years and I would have to say this one is the best I've been to. Very roomy and extremely clean. Fast, gentle and very reasonably priced. Ray was so far the best tattoo artist I've had the pleasure to get inked by. If I still lived in Ca this would be the only shop I would go to.”

“Hands down the best jeweler in town! I had such a great experience working with Kevin at Sanchez Jewelry Design on a custom engagement ring. He was super honest, gave me the best guidance, and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't want like other places did. Kevin went above and beyond to get the ring done fast and within the exact time frame I needed (lifesaver)! The ring came out even better than I imagined and gets compliments everywhere. Trusted, fast, and amazing service. I'II definitely be coming back to Sanchez Jewelry for future pieces. Highly recommend!”

“If you are looking that special little gift for someone special or something for yourself this is your one stop shop. They have everything from raw stones, polished stones, beautiful jewelry, clothing, cute backpacks with beautiful designs to books and a variety of fairy statues. I could have spent all day in here, but I was pressed for time. I sure do miss the San Diego location. The customer service is above and beyond friendly, they truly treat you like family from the time you walk in until you leave. If you can't find what you're looking for don't be afraid to ask they will be happy to help you in anyway possible to make your shopping experience successful. They will answer any questions you have with pure joy. This was a beautiful and uplifting shopping experience! Thank You”

“I have always had a special care for my hair and I have to have full trust in whoever is taking care of me. I very much recommend giving Kelsey and her salon a chance because not only do they care for your hair and provide a kind, healthy service - they make sure you as a person are being taken care of. Not only did she do all that I asked for but she provided me with hair care, her personality and kindness as a friend.”

“This is my second time purchasing an item from the store. When I tell you that the customer service is second to none, I mean it. I am so pleased with not only the product, of course, but the customer service folks are phenomenal. All of the representatives there are amazing. I work with Deborah this last time, and Connie is the reason why I came back. Their attention to detail is divine and I love that my gift can be completely custom. They wrap my gift to the T, and gave me a birthday card to support my gift. While I was there I had plenty of cold water and fresh cookies. Well worth the $350 spent!!”
