“The sales representative, Val made purchase an outstanding experience. We shopped several mattress shops and Val’s knowledge and customer service was what convinced us to purchase two C-A-L Kings with adjustable bases. We will be replacing mattresses on several beds in a new cabin, we will be dealing with Val in the future.”

“Our journey to getting a new custom mattress for our Pleasureway RV began with a single phone call to Jeff. He was highly responsive and worked with us numerous times over the phone… And considering the time gap (Florida to California) he was incredibly accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about the types of foams and latex. It was best to use for what we needed. We got him the dimensions of our mattress, and even screenshots of the current mattress we have at our home – which we both love. His goal was to make something as close to possible as our home mattress. We added one extra challenge for him… Our Pleasureway has a Murphy bed. This means he couldn’t go past the constraints of width, length, AND height. Our first big journey in our RV was a mad rush to California so we could get situated with the new mattress. It fit beautifully and it is incredibly comfortable. Very high-quality! And Jeff and Christine were absolutely phenomenal to work with.”

“Will was very knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of our questions. He is very patient. It’s obvious that he loves the product himself and is not a pushy salesman. Thank you can’t wait to try the bed out at home.”

“Purchase was super easy, know about the products and owner is very nice. Left in the dark about delivery since it was over 2 hours late. So that was disappointing.”
