“Purchase was super easy, know about the products and owner is very nice. Left in the dark about delivery since it was over 2 hours late. So that was disappointing.”

After, several days of research. I left with purchase of both washer and dryer, extended warranty, installation and removal of the old appliances.
This has never happened to me before. I usually, take my truck pickup and install myself.
His knowledge, and truthfulness, of all that goes into a purchase, allowed me to fill at ease. The installer came the next day (today) installed in minutes. Very friendly guy. The units were checked. I’m washing now.

“I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.”
