“I met Colby yesterday. He was my first stop of 4 more places to go, in search of a replacement washer and maybe a dryer.
After, several days of research. I left with purchase of both washer and dryer, extended warranty, installation and removal of the old appliances.
This has never happened to me before. I usually, take my truck pickup and install myself.
His knowledge, and truthfulness, of all that goes into a purchase, allowed me to fill at ease. The installer came the next day (today) installed in minutes. Very friendly guy. The units were checked. I’m washing now.
