If I could give this place negative stars I would. The worst place to go for anything to do with your car. Made an APPOINTMENT for 1pm to get the FRONT BRAKE PADS replaced. Got there before 1pm didn't get a call back til almost 3pm that the car was inspected and it's actually the back break pads and routers that need to be replaced. okay. They're the "professionals" who "inspected the car". I asked how long it was going to take and Rich, the "manager" said atleast 2 hours. Ok 1 hour goes by and they haven't worked on the car, 2nd hour they start slowly working on the car. I can see them through the window laughing and pointing at the front tire area of my car. After another hour they call me over to tell me that that they actually " overlooked" that the front brakes were worst than the back and it was gonna be another few hundred dollars. No, sir. YOU "inspected" the car and said it was the back ones. Now that they thought that because I'm a woman with a toddler frustrated and wanting to leave already I was gonna fork up more moneysince i was an easy target to take advantage. So they basically fixed something that was NOT broken and I left with the same problem cause at that point everyone was a jerk about it. Especially Rich the "manager" how in the world is he a manager. Aaaaand to top it off I watched them take advantage of an elderly couple who was there waiting even before me! This place is terrible and the people working there are all bad indecent human beings.

Excellent service. I take all my cars from my BMW, RAM 1500 even my Tesla to Pep Boys. Awesome service and worth for the money.

I just came back from the Pep boys at the Temecula store near Winchester. A man named Paul was at the cashier and who unfortunately had to assist me. He was completely rude. I had to sign an acknowledgment on the screen pad and he watches me as I’m struggling to find the pen I look up to him and I let him know there’s no pen to sign and he rudely states “ there is no pen” I’m thinking why would he just watch me struggle looking for a pen when he already knew there wasn’t one to begin with, not only that I asked “ okay so I use my finger?” And the way he replied with yeah with a tone that felt like DUH! I felt uncomfortable with that. When I then had to pick up my car I thought me signing was me paying for something and I had a million things to do before picking up my car I forgot if I paid for not. He repeats himself 3 times no you did not pay! just back to back, and my mom defending me said she didn’t know. He then talks back and says she does know that she did not pay. I’m thinking wow me not forgetting doesn’t give you the right to tell me I should know. He was so rude all around his tone, his demeanor, and the way he talks back to you to make you feel like you’re the idiot or something. I believe he has some projection issues, and hope he changes that to first time customers that won’t be returning. I definitely am not returning if rude people like Paul are at the front helping customers that don’t deserve it.
