I went to make a copy of a very large document, and the only way they could copy it was to use a combined printer, scanner, copier. They do not have large high-speed high volume copiers.

I had an early appointment for fingerprinting the other day. While waiting in line, was struck by how warm, welcoming, and helpful the young lady was behind the counter with all the other customers coming in for a variety of things. Good service is tough to find these days, and when you see it - it stands out!
