“I'm glad I found Mail Mart. The owners are very friendly and send me a text whenever I have a package. That makes it so much easier for me. No more guessing as to whether deliveries have actually arrived. I received a door key so I can pick up mail after hours, which is convenient.
They have a bunch of nick nacks in the store to buy and offer the usual mailbox services - moneygram, notary, fax, printing.
After 2 months, no regrets and great mailbox prices.”

“I’ve always had good service at the Postal Annex near Butterfield. I’ve used them for shipping , scanning and emailing . I’ve also used their Notary service. The counter help has gone above and beyond helping on a couple of transactions. Like the employees the owner is also a pleasure to work with.”

“I just visited this store location for my second time. This store is very big and has all kinds of resources and supplies. I was returning an item, and Gian helped me. He was awesome! Very thorough, and also helped me quote how much boxes and then wrapping and shipping an item would be. Because I sell on ebay, these options are great to have. A little more pricey, but the 5 stars is based on how awesome Gian was at getting everything handled, being kind, and helpful. He deserves to be recognized for being such a good representative of this store and company!”

“We run an e-commerce business and ship often through USPS, so we’ve experienced occasional issues, like packages arriving damaged despite being carefully packed and marked fragile. That said, the team at this location has been very helpful, especially the employee who handles damaged item claims. She’s always kind, efficient, and makes the process smoother. I also want to recognize our mail carrier who handles our daily pickups. He’s reliable, and I appreciate his service as well.”

I’ve never waited in a long line, at least not one that took a lot of time to get through.
I’m baffled at the bad reviews. I’ve gone to other post offices that took forever and were super crowded, and that’s never been the case here. I’d say take it with a grain of salt that those over reviewers were just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame.
This has absolutely become my go to post office! I just wish I knew all the employees’ names so that I could give them a shout out here!”
