“This shout out is to the bakery! My daughter wanted mermaid cupcakes for her celebration at school tomorrow but when we went online it was too short notice. So I went to Sam's anyways to see what I could find pre-made. My husband said, ask them if maybe they have some mermaid ones pre- made that someone didn't pick up, so I asked. I was greeted by 2 wonderful ladies Thai & Dawn who responded, we don't have any, and we don't usually do this but go shopping, come back in 10 minutes, and we'll have them ready for you! Dawn & Thai made my day and definitely my daughter's day once she gets home from school to see that she in fact got her mermaid cupcakes! Employee's like them who go above & beyond when they dont have to it what makes Sam's our go to! Thanks again ladies! God Bless you both!”

“I would like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond for me today--Robinson (couldn't see the whole name tag, so I'm guessing).Today I went to pick up an order and mentioned how the app only offers one alternative when something isn't available. He asked me what I would have gotten instead. When, I told him he said: Let me pack your groceries in your car, then I'll check. He went back into the store and was unable to find what I wanted. BUT, he brought out another possible substitution. Wow! Talk about service and critical thinking!I so appreciate this employee going above and beyond! Hope he gets some kind of recognition.”

“This is the best CVS pharmacy that I have been to in the area. When we first moved here 8 years ago we used the Antonio location. That location was also fine, but I felt like I was playing real life Frogger trying to get from the parking lot to the store. I started using the Plano Trabuco store several years ago and haven't looked back. The parking lot is a lot safer, especially if you have little ones or a spectrum kiddo that has a habit of wandering. The store itself is well organized, well lit, and everything is easy to find. The employees have always been polite and helpful. The pharmacy doesn't have a drive-thru, so you have to be okay with going in. That being said, I have rarely waited in line for longer than 10-15 minutes (and most of the time only 5-10 minutes). They do close at 1:30 for their lunch break, so plan accordingly. We also get our vaccines here and have always had a good experience. We make our appts online and have always been in and out quickly. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a more laid back visit.”

I am so afraid of needles and have anxiety. I didn't even feel the needle for the flu shot when he administered it. Hands down the nicest people and very compassionate. 5+ stars!”
