“My son lost his SIM card for his phone and I was calling around to see if I can get one without paying $40. I called Go Gadget Repairs, but they were not available. They called me back 5 minutes later stating that they received a missed call from my number. I was actually on my way to another phone store and was glad that I picked up the return call from Go Gadget. The representative on the phone said that not any SIM card will work. Her store only sells AT&T prepaid SIM cards, but that will not work with my phone. I have to go to a Verizon Store or an authorized Verizon retailer to get my SIM card. I thanked her for her knowledge and honesty. The other phone store that I was driving to said that they have prepaid SIM cards and that was it. I told him that I already have a phone line, and just need a new SIM card to activate the phone. He said, "Yes, I have it." I asked him how much was it and he said that it was $5. I thought that it was really sketchy, but was on my way anyways. I was so glad that Go Gadget called me and educated me. This call saved me a trip to the wrong place. Thanks Go Gadget for your business ethics and great customer service!”

“Only real downsides are that the staff never know when they will receive new items and don't have a catalog to let you know what they have. You have to look through everything for yourself.Other than that, they have a lot of retro as well as modern games, systems and accessories. They also repair pretty much anything video game related.Give them a try. You'll probably go every so often like me.”
“On Thanksgiving, our TV made a loud pop sound and shut off. We couldn't power it back on after that and had put off taking it in because of the hassle and fear of the price tag that would come with the repair. We found Matias TV Service on Yelp and decided to give it a try and we were so happy with the experience. Ernesto was super helpful, kind, and thorough in his explanations of the repair and what we could do to prevent it in the future. We were able to get our TV repaired for a reasonable cost overall, had a very pleasant customer experience. Would highly recommend this TV repair shop!”

“So my work charger got broken off in my IPhone 14, and I couldn't charge it. I called IRepair and they quoted me $25 to fix which was less than half of what others called quoted me. I got there and he started fixing it right away, it was difficult and took him almost an hour but still only charged me $25! Great value and great customer service, I will tell others and use anytime I have phone issues!!”

“I thought I had cracked my iPhone screen. After researching on Yelp, I knew it would cost big bucks to replace. In a heavy rain I happened to drive by the new Ifixforu in MPK with its "Grand Opening" sign. There was a rare parking spot right in front, so I stopped and parked. Daniel Tan greeted me. I said my iPhone screen was cracked and needed replacement. Daniel looked at the phone and immediately said "Screen not cracked ... just the screen protector". I asked how much for a new protector. He said "$25 ... I install for you". Daniel then removed the damaged protector, thoroughly cleaned the iPhone and installed a new protector ... all in 15-minutes. And as I was leaving, Daniel gave me a free, high quality cell phone vent holder as a "Grand Opening" present for stopping by ... thank you, Daniel Tan for truly outstanding, honest and quick service ... you really are the best !!! ... “Great customer service. I had an old tv/vcr combo from 1998 and I brought it in to be fixed. Without hesitation they took in my old tv and fixed it right up good as new. The picture is great and the vcr works amazingly. Who would've thought I could get my 25 year old tv fixed these days but they did it for a great price too!”

“If you are looking for classic arcade game repair, honesty, reliability, accountability, great customer service, with expertise to match, congratulations, you've found the leprechaun at the end of the rainbow in John and PNL. He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation. If only there were more honest and hardworking professionals like John who are unwilling to take advantage of unsuspecting customers, the world would be a much better place. If you are considering a repair technician for your classic arcade games, - in my opinion- you've just found the best in the GAME! “My HP laser printer at my business wasn't turning on. I called a few places but only got voicemails. City Laser answered promptly and gave me a ETA for their technician. The technician (Eric) came on time and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently (motherboard blew out) for a fair price. Eric and the woman that setup the appointment (didn't get her name) were helpful and polite. I hope my printers never need repair but if they do I would definitely hire them again!”
