I dropped it off to Jose and he told me step by step what could be done and what he can try to do to save it for me if he could at the lowest cost. He diagnosed the problem with in a couple of house and had it cleaned up to save me money. I couldn’t be more thankful to Jose and his wife for their service. “First time here. My microwave started making all kinds of noises. This place is a certified Panasonic repair center. Unfortunately I didn't save my receipt. Might have been under warranty but no receipt no warranty. $29 estimate to look at it and that amount is applied to repair. Couple hours later he called and said it was fixed. Total repair was $80. Definitely think this was a good deal in today's world where everything cost so much. Recommend using this place if u need any of your electronics repaired. Owner has been there for decades. But everyone now days just go buy new appliances when they have a problem so shops like this won't be around without support.”

He was able to get my classic Super Ms. Pacman game up and running again while saving me the unnecessary burden of being taken advantage as an unknowing customer. Through his expert trouble shooting, he was able to pinpoint the problem within my game at a price that is beyond reasonable. He honored both his word and his warranty with no hesitation. “I Repair It Fast is located at 1030 East Green Street Pasadena California 91106. This is a beautiful area to have this boutique store. Trees and unique stores line this area of Green Street. The entrance is immediately next to the sidewalk, with no setback. Street parking can sometimes be difficult but side streets often have the most parking.
When I entered the store, I walked through a small seating area to the counter. At the counter I was asked about what type of help that I needed. I showed him my Galaxy S10+ phone and explained that I thought I had a battery problem. He asked me a number of questions concerning its symptoms and how long it had been taking place. He gave me a number of options. After thinking for a while I decided that I wanted to go ahead and get a new battery.
I wanted an original Samsung battery, not an aftermarket battery. He took the information off of my phone to make sure that he was looking for the proper battery in his inventory. He was out of stock. He made some inquiries and said that he would have a battery for me in a couple days and would give me a call when the battery came in. He was very helpful and courteous. I even asked him some questions about the new phone that I had purchased. He was very helpful in explaining how to properly adjust the settings.
After some delay because his supplier was out of stock I stopped and checked with him. He checked his inventory and had the proper replacement. I left the phone and was told to return in a few hours. When I came back the phone was ready. I paid the agreed upon price and was on my way.
When I got home I double checked the phone to see what kind of charge was on the battery. I plugged it in and it is charging as it should.
Very happy with my experience at I Repair it Fast! I recommended it to a friend who needs a new Macbook charger and he was told to bring it by to make sure he gets the correct one. Should I need any technical assistance or product I will be back.”

“I've had my printer repaired here 2 or 3 times and have been able to extend its life thanks to this shop. Very reliable service. He'll search for parts if you need them. And he usually has a few refurbished printers available for sale if you need one.”
