I risked it and drove over 2 hours in the rain to see what they had to offer and let me tell you, they did not disappoint. “I purchased a new speed queen for our elderly parents. Theirs was not working anymore and had to be replaced immediately. Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Easy to understand and straightforward instructions. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “Got our quartz here, plenty of choices and they have some designs I don't normally see anywhere like Bellingham FUSION so that's what I chose. It perfectly blends with aesthetics of our home. Everyone here is accommodating and AJ was able to hold our order as long as we needed since it took us time to decide on backsplash. They recommended VICTOR as installer and we are happy with the result, he helped us meet our labor budget and he didn't mind working even when it's raining just so he can finish on time. He even saved us delivery fee for those big slabs since he volunteered to pick them up from the store to our home. Feels at peace knowing that someone who does job for your home actually cares/listens.”
