“I'll save you the time, just give Arin a call. I'm not religious but if Arin was reincarnated as a Grocery Item, he'd be a block of butter. He made the buying our first home BUTTERY smooth. Once upon a time, my partner and I pulled a Sisyphus, aka an uphill battle. We thought we'd by a house without a buyer's agent but needed preapprovals to kick off the house hunting process. Cue Arin's arrival on stage. He helped us tremendously on holistic house buying process and house hunting by explaining basically everything, even though they deviated from his primarily mortgage/financing related duties. “John Thompson, David Thompson and the whole team gave me rates for a new purchase of a triplex. The rates were better than the two other companies I was looking at. I thought I could beat the system and work an owner occupied situation that would've saved me $200 per month. John told me he couldn't pull it off and I didn't like that answer so I decided to go with another company. Big mistake. The other firm promised they could pull it off and match any quote. In the end they couldn't but the worst thing is they didn't match the great rate John offered. They could but I would've had to pay over a point. “COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is actually pretty big. However, they share the lot with several other establishments, so customers for the other establishments may steal Chase customers parking spots. I usually avoid coming here during peak business hours and on weekends because of the crowds. Some parking spots are smaller than others. Watch out. Establishment & Staff: The bank itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient.”
