“Came in for help with a fraud issue. Charis helped us and made this stressful situation as easy as it could be. Charis was extremely patient, spent hours talking to us, and resolved our issues.”
“Note: This is a review about the branch, not CitiBank itself.
The employees are usually nice, they speak at least English and Chinese (not sure about others). I like how they are not very busy, so the wait is short to nonexistant.”
“I recently visited the Wells Fargo Temple City branch for a business account matter, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding service I received. Our case was quite complicated and required a lot of back and forth, but our banker, Leo, handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine friendliness.
Even though our case ultimately couldn’t be completed due to a missing document on our end, Leo still went above and beyond to look out for our best interests and explore every possible alternative to help us. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and customer-focused.
Highly recommend this branch—and especially Leo—for anyone who values attentive and professional service.”
“Miss Beaky the teller, with feathers so neat,
Sorted your savings with tap-tapping beat.
She loved a sweet robin who painted by day,
And perched by her window to whisper and sway.
No banker was quicker, no chirp more discreet—
Just love and good numbers from one proud parakeet.”
“COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is actually pretty big. However, they share the lot with several other establishments, so customers for the other establishments may steal Chase customers parking spots. I usually avoid coming here during peak business hours and on weekends because of the crowds. Some parking spots are smaller than others. Watch out. Establishment & Staff: The bank itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient.”
“We were assisted by Stephen Law, and we were truly impressed by the outstanding service . He was highly efficient in resolving our issue and displayed a very professional and friendly attitude throughout the process. We appreciate it very much.”
“My family and I have been a customer for an extremely long time. Since this bank use to be called Commerce Bank. I think the reason for the low stars is this bank caters to the older Asian demographics, in particular Chinese, so it helps if you speak Mandarin or Cantonese. But just be patient, speak slow, or ask for help and your transaction shouldn't be too difficult. Yuki has also been super helpful for me, as someone who's Cantonese isn't too good. So ask for Yuki if you do need someone to speak English.”
“Not sure why all the 1 to 2 star comments. I am a filipino Chinese, and don't speak much Chinese. I came here one afternoon to close out my account. Instead of the two tellers that some of the Yelpers are saying, there were about 4 to 5 people in the branch. The teller that helped me was kind, patient/understanding and engaging. I do understand the misunderstanding as there maybe some cultural barriers and/or differences. I overheard the branch manager speaking to one of the customers on the phone, she sounded abrupt and curt. I believe that this managers could benefit from some Customer Service classes on how to handle American customers. For example, instead of directly telling the customer that she could not locate his/her Account number, the branch manager could have offered apologetically that she was not able to locate the information the customer was looking for. Then, she could have followed d up with, "May I suggest that you try and locate that information and then call us back?"”
“This is the best branch in SGV area. Always welcoming and they answer all my questions promptly. I highly recommend coming here, they also have easy parking and is located right next to Ralphs.”
