“Went there this morning for the first time. Had one destroyed tire needed a new one. Got there at 8am, done and completed at 825 and the two guys were working two other customers at the same time. Don’t let the tires and autos and cars and dirt turn you off. These guys know tires, they are economical, easy to work with and very good at what they do. I will return when needed in the future.”

They greeted me right away and clearly explained the services my vehicle needed without any pressure or upselling.
The service itself was quick but thorough. I appreciated how the technicians walked me through what they were doing and even showed me the condition of my filters and fluids so I could make informed decisions. It’s not often you find that level of transparency in auto service.
The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I barely had time to settle in before my car was ready. Everything was handled with care, and they made sure I was completely satisfied before I left.

“I can’t say enough good things about Ray. He services my car every year and is always willing to help or give advice related to my MBZ. His price is reasonable and they haven’t changed for the past several years. After the fires, I brought my car in to have him change the engine and cabin filters. “Ten-Four are an excellent local automotive shop in Whittier. Best staff, friendly and knowledgeable. While waiting for my car another customer came in for a smog and Ricky advised them there was a recall for something in their vehicle and that they would need to go to dealer so they could fix. A dealer paid for matter. They might have never known about it. Like I said before they are knowledgeable and a wonderful asset to Whittier.”

“I recently purchased a 2009 mercedes benz 450. I was not sure what was done or needed to be done. I had an oil change and they looked over the car for me at no extra charge. The oil change was done, fluids checked and emailed me some things that should be done soon.
They were professional, polite and friendly. RPM is the place I will continue to go to for my repairs! Price was excellent ?”
“Daniel, Nathan, and the whole crew at RPM garage are awesome. They did a full suspension, wheels, tire, armor upgrade on my 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 250. They were detail oriented, kept me in the loop often, and have been super accommodating for some of my follow up visits to get everything fine tuned. Best Toyota off-road shop in Southern California. I drove from South OC because of their reputation and I’m happy I did.”

“I’ve been coming here for several years. It is a great shop that will never try to sell you something you don’t need. Star Mazda in Glendale told me I needed new brakes a year after I bought a “Certified” Used Car from them. Fortunately, I brought it to Joe to do the work during my next oil change. He told me the brakes were fine. I ended up using those same brakes another 5 years!
Nishikawa is very resourceful in finding aftermarket or junkyard parts to keep older vehicles running smoothly without having to resort to outrageously priced OEM stuff. The place keeps very busy, as their prices are reasonable for great work.”

“I asked Mr. Webb for a front/ rear differential service. He was thorough in in his work, went beyond what most would in the automotive buisness, work was clean & had me completed in reasonable time. His prices are somewhat higher than most initialy but worth every penny, as his quality of work & attentiveness is priceless to having to re-do or fix something again unessessarly. Especially if your traveling or taking long trips.”
“Went here for my second oil and break fluid change last Saturday. Service was top tier. Marlon not only did an oil and break fluid change he noticed that my car had a check engine light on. He run the code and he and Marcela suggest that it's probably a transmission problem and gave be a referral for a transmission service.
Overall great people, great service, great prices. You could't get that kind of service for that price in most places anymore.”
