“The owner is sooooo nice. They closed at 5:30pm, but I called in earlier and requested to wait for me 10 minutes after close. He really did it. I appreciate it so much! Also I bought myself a lottery ticket and won $5, a really good first timer luck!”

“It was super hot today, and I had an appointment to apply for a passport for my child. The staff member, Kay, was incredibly patient. She helped us organize our documents and carefully filled out and checked all the information. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I highly recommend anyone who isn't very fluent in English to come here for service.”

“I love this place. I got everything printed by here. The only thing that I didn't like is sometimes the wait for help in printing is long and the paste is slow. Only 1 person work there most of the time”
