“It was super hot today, and I had an appointment to apply for a passport for my child. The staff member, Kay, was incredibly patient. She helped us organize our documents and carefully filled out and checked all the information. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I highly recommend anyone who isn't very fluent in English to come here for service.”
