“I was recommended to this store by Dr.DeLaCruz after my visit with him for my running injury upon my inquiry for a good store to get running shoes. I've never been to a specialized running store to do a gait analysis or a shoe fitting for that matter, I always assumed I knew my own foot. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I stepped in, Michelle took the reigns and let me tell you, she is an expert! I waited to do this review because honestly I wasn't quite convinced with the shoe Michelle recommended for me. It felt comfortable but it was different from what I have always worn. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus forever and that felt comfortable for me because that's what I have been use to BUT my body has been suffering injuries left and right. Foot numbness, plantar fasciitis, and more recently a bad strain. Michelle explained what I may need based problems and preferences I explained to her and also the results of my gait analysis and found the perfect shoe for me. I have been wearing them for about two weeks now and my foot loves this shoe! No numbness, lots of roomy space but still gripping my foot and my arch is supported in a way I enjoy and didn't realize I needed. Strangest part of this whole process is I have been wearing a 6.5 shoe and never knew I have one smaller foot and one larger one I need a 7.5 to avoid all above mentioned problems. I learned so much about my foot. Wearing my Pegasus now feels so strange, so tight and lacking support. I feel as if I have a better gait now and I am excited to come back in a few months once my injury heals to do a new gait analysis and get a new pair of shoes. Thanks Michelle, Ill try to make it to one of the DogHausRunningClub or RunWithUsPasadena runs after my marathon.”

“Have been driving past Alco targets for the past year or two on my way to work. Recently invited by friend to go to the shooting range and wanted to pick up some targets. What better place than a local shop who specializes in targets and supplies numerous police departments. I got to meet Arthur who was such a cool person to talk to and get advice about shooting. He gave me his opinion on which targets would suite my needs and for outdoor use. I ended up getting the BT-5SB3 Shooting Target Variety Pack along with two boxes of clay pigeons and their B 27E targets. The BT 5SB3 worked very well you can see your shots through the paper. Worked very well and very pleased will definitely get more of those when i run out. Great company who makes their targets in house and supply law enforcement departments with targets. Will definitely be back check out their other items and targets. Great place for targets. Highly recommend!!”

“Coach Josef was my former high school soccer coach from 1995/96. I used to go to his shop with my mom at a different location whenever I needed new soccer gears! He was super great at helping my son finding the right shin guards that he wanted. And as we browsed around the store, we found a pair of Culer socks that we have been looking for! I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! “As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez asked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really? When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world.Sincerely samantha delgado, and Aurora Delgado”
