“I bank here but our main accounts are at another bank. I'm not sure why though, because THIS bank is the friendliest & most accommodating I've ever banked at. I've followed them from Park Street, when they were Mission Bank and our store's bank, then Spring Street and now 12th Street. The other day I needed a document notarized and Kristen ( I need to find her card & edit this to make sure I got her name right) but she reminded me of why I've hung on to this bank for my business! It's always had that small hometown feeling. And Kristen's great customer service was that reminder! She notarized my document and it was so easy. I thought that I was going to have to run all over town to find a notary & there was one right in my own backyards or actually, bank!”
“I've been banking with SESLOC for many years. Applying for a loan or opening a new account has always been easy. A couple of years ago they alerted me to possible fraudulent charges from my debit card first - verifying that I had not made the purchase - before closing that debit card to prevent further charges. They gave me the option of receiving another card in the mail or going to the branch to pick up a new card the same day.”

Anytime I take my dad in To cash a check, withdraw money, etc. everyone there is always helpful and friendly. Mary will go out of her way to say hi.

“I usually don't go inside to a teller most times but I needed to this time and the teller was so helpful, they all are anytime. The teller even called another office, another company to get all the needed information instead of telling me to call this number which has happened before with other companies but she asked the questions and made sure I knew what was needed, asked questions I might of not known to ask. She went though what she was told all the steps I needed to do and walked me though what was needed after. I like using Chase, have been with this company since 1992. Have used different locations in the same county and have always gotten the same helpful, kind, personable employees. They have always gone out of the way to help any of my needs. Will keep giving them my business for /within the future.”
