“What happened to show up at the grand opening with a broken power steering line, to be honest with you they didn't have very many parts because it's their grand opening,And it's not really set up Like a real Napa for cars, but they went above and beyond to accommodate what we needed and fix our problem! Great staff great people shout out to their shop guy!”
“I was a solo traveling woman when I got into an accident in Texas on my way back to California. The muffler was hanging off and by the grace of God Randy's shop / home was close enough for me to get to. He quickly hemmed me up and only charged me $25. I was safely on my way home and he was very cool to talk to.”

“I want to start out by saying I was referred to Thermal Truck and RV repair by Plaza Towing. I spoke to Ron at Thermal Truck and RV regarding my issues about having warning lights on my dashboard stating very low DEF warning, which was not the case .The DEF tank was 3/4 full and I was able to make it to my destination safely. He stated he could have a service technician come out to my location the next morning to diagnose my problem and possibly make the repairs needed. The technician named Hector was here the next morning at the time stated and was able to make the repairs and got me back on the road. The technician is very knowledgeable and would definitely use their services again if ever needed.

“Awesome service! I was stuck between Indio and Blythe with a blowout on my 5th wheel. Alfredo was able to come out and get me a new tire put on very quickly. I had some issues a couple of weeks later with my insurance when submitting for reimbursement, and he was kind enough to create a new invoice for me on the same day. Recommended for roadside service or if you're local, for new tires!”
