“This was definitely the most I’ve ever laughed and smiled at a self storage place. Josefina and Joshua in the office were knowledgeable and friendly, as well as being efficient and possessing excellent customer service skills. The facility is clean, safe and climate controlled. I haven’t moved anything in yet, but as far as the process of renting a storage unit goes, this was fast and easy. Well done!”

“Grand place to store your toys! I’m an original owner, phase one, and it’s been fun to see it come together. All phases are complete and it’s every thing that they said it would be. The bathrooms are spotless and the ice machine is a real bonus. It’s easily accessed via a number of arterial streets and highways with great security. As far as responding to any service requests….they are right on top of it.”

He explained all the rules, showed me storages in person to see which one fit what I was looking for and , let me know when my payment was due. “I want to thank the 5 people that moved us from Cali to NV - Tiffany, Tabitha, James, Luis and Issac. These 5 were professional, friendly, patient, caring and sooo fast!! They worked well together. Throughout the whole process they were friendly and professional. They were even able to move us at an earlier date than planned! We still don't have every box open, but about 85% and nothing is broken or damaged (it's been 4 days since they started the packing process). I would recommend this company again and again. “Great service from the team at U-Haul of Indio. I needed to rent a pick-up truck to relocate a cargo trailer and the process was simple and straightforward - no surprises. The check-in/out was easy and quick and the team was super polite. The business was clean and organized. To top it off, one of the techs there took a look at the wiring harness on the car I drove and left there for the day and determined I had a blown fuse which he replaced for free. I was very grateful.”
