“I’m truly at a loss for words to express the depth of my gratitude to Teresa and Art House. The materials I brought were in rough shape, but through her care and talent, she brought them back to life. Now they’re a stunning addition to my wall and something I get to admire and appreciate every single day.”

“I can only offer an observer's opinion of this facility. I was there several weeks ago as one of several guest speakers from a local nonprofit organization. Another charitable group gathered there to introduce mothers and daughters to options for places they can volunteer over the next six years to fulfill their goals. While I waited for my turn to speak, I checked out the large main room, filled with bright, colorful art projects. Mostly paintings were featured, since they're easy to hang. Still, I could see that other types of art mediums are taught. My understanding is that this is a popular destination for kids' birthday parties, though I could see it as a gal pals' get-together spot, too. I hadn't heard of them before being given the address to come for the event. I was really impressed with finding such a fun, inspiring resource in the community for artists of all ages to release their creative juices.”

“James put together a very beautiful frame for me, and he had very knowledgeable inputs whenever I asked him for them. He absolutely brought my art piece out of the print and in to the real world with his framing. Very communicative, and I will be working with him again in the future”

“Incredible instruction in a welcoming space.

Celeste, the lead instructor and owner, is a seasoned painter with a legacy of skill and artistry. Her experience and passion are evident not only in her own amazing work, but in the way she teaches—with patience, clarity, and a genuine love for the craft. Her focus on oil painting gives students the rare opportunity to work with high-end materials under the guidance of someone who truly understands them. She nurtures creativity without ever compromising technique, and that balance is a rare gift.

Jordyn, her assistant, is also a phenomenal painter. In addition to her own work in oils, she’s the one who brings a wide range of art practices to the studio’s calendar—digital sketching, knitting, life drawing, resin projects—which nicely complement Celeste’s traditional oil painting focus. Both of my daughters have enjoyed her instruction, often during the studio’s camps or special holiday party sessions.

Together, Celeste and Jordyn create an atmosphere that is welcoming and rooted in excellence. They collaborate beautifully to offer students a well-rounded, engaging experience that is both fun and deeply educational. It’s rare to find a place where artists of all ages feel equally supported, and For Art’s Sake is exactly that kind of place. I’ve also enjoyed attending one of the regular evening classes myself, and I’m looking forward to returning as soon as my schedule allows!”
