You wonder why they have 2.8 rating? It’s still too high. Should be 0! They lie. They book the car and then when we show up they say that “they don’t have a car”. #AVIS, your brand is being impacted by these unscrupulous “independent owners”.

Attitude problem, don’t know how to talk to customers. The vehicle was dirty inside out and told me to wait 30mins if i want it cleaned.
