About Hertz Car Rental - Thousand Oaks - East Thousand Oaks Boulevard
Hertz Car Rental on Thousand Oaks Blvd is noted for its friendly, pleasant, and excellent staff who are attentive to customer needs and work hard, making the rental experience great and wonderful. The team, including a previously mentioned awesome and helpful manager, has been described as exactly what customer service is all about, helping with reservations and issues. Customers report great rates and a wide selection of vehicles.
However, some practical issues are noted. The location can be difficult to reach by phone. A primary concern is vehicle cleanliness, as cars are not sent to professional car washes and are instead cleaned by employees, sometimes resulting in rather dirty vehicles that customers feel they must wash themselves. Following a management change, one customer reported a negative experience with the new manager's customer service, contrasting with previous exceptional service. Despite these points, many customers have had no other complaints and highly recommend this location.
