I needed to roll my 401K over into my IRA and the woman that helped me on the phone was professional and friendly and was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do to make it happen. I highly recommend Schwab.

Helpful as I was consolidating investments. Some reps better than others, but friendly and helpful office.
